Lee and Peter have started 2020 on a mission to improve their health!

Their hectic lifestyles marked by work stress, entertaining and the ‘occasional’ beer has taken its toll. So, it's time to get rid of some of this bulk. 

And what better cause to run the London Marathon for than the Lighthouse Construction Industry Charity!  

Every day, two colleagues in the construction industry take their own lives.  As well as providing a free helpline offering support services, Lighthouse work hard to continue to raise awareness of the mental health issues in our industry. 

Due to this increase in awareness, they have seen a 56% increase in demand for its vital services. However, they receive no public funding and depend on the generosity of those within the industry to keep this much needed service available to support the people in our industry and their families. 

So please make a donation to get Lee and Peter over the finishing line with hopefully a reduced waistline!
