Story

I haven’t set foot in a gym properly for around 10 years. After starting to get back to finding some form fitness I have decided to compete in the Power in the Park event in Melton Mowbray this August in aid of the Circles Network. Putting my body under pressure lifting weights I  haven’t lifted before pulling a truck! Lifting Atlas stones upwards of 100kg and deadlifting a car! Flipping a tyre weighing 170kg and much more. I am doing something very much out of my comfort zone where for the past months I have been training hard towards and putting in the hours. So for everyone that has seen my videos and drove past the gym on a Saturday morning when we doing our training this is what I am doing it for. If you can donate anything I would really appreciate it, anything to help will go so far to making a massive difference to the circles network.

Circles Network is a small national charity that has been supporting disabled children, young people and adults for the past 28 years. We have had a presence in Peterborough for the past 25 years.

After being introduced to the charity in the past 12 months I have got to understand truly how much invaluable work that they do around the Peterborough area for some truly amazing people. What they are raising funds for is to build something amazing and a true legacy that the children and young adults can really benefit from. So much fundraising is going on currently to help support their dream and I wanted to do my bit.
