This charity really is marvellous. They believe that every child has the right to a more marvellous life, no matter how ill they are or how short their life might be. Since 1997 the charity has helped make life better for over 4,000 seriously ill children and young people in the UK, but they receive no government funding and need your donations to help keep them keep going and help even more children.

The work of the charity is vast - they strive to help those children with the biggest needs who are not being fully supported elsewhere. They provide specialist nurses to care for children, run funding programmes for groups of seriously ill and disabled children to ensure they have special and enriching experiences, they give practical assistance to families of children in financial hardship and they fund innovative research projects.
