Short notice, we know, but on Saturday 9th September Henly, Ruby and I will be taking part in 'KAPOW!' in Brighton, it is a 5k gigantic inflatable foam filled obstacle course. We are raising money for the Martlets charity based in my home town of Brighton and Hove.

Martlets is a charity that cares for people living through a terminal illness. Their care is free thanks to the generosity of local people, so every donation you make helps them change lives.

With my fear of heights and my overly enthusiastic children my knees are trembling already..... wish us luck!
