We use the power of football to change lives across Sussex

Story

This time last year i couldn't run to the garage to get a pint of milk or climb up to my seat in the the West Stand in the Amex without having to have a rest half way up. Now i'm a runner. And i want to stay that way. The best thing is to set myself targets and goals. And also hopefully raise money for charity along the way. So this time i'm running every day until Easter through Lent to support the excellent work of Brighton's official charity. At the end of it i'll definitely be fitter and Albion will have secured a third season in the Premier League. Well probably.

Albion in the Community (AITC) is the official charity of Brighton & Hove Albion FC. We work to change lives, creating opportunities and building futures across Sussex. We run inclusive football sessions for people with a disability, provide education programs, support schools with the PE and curriculum, deliver health messages and run free inclusive football sessions for children and young people living areas of deprivation. To find out more about the work AITC does across Sussex, visit: www.albioninthecommunity.org.uk.

About the charity
