A child refugee who fled Nazi Germany as a result of being a Jew, Len was always grateful to his adopted country and the welcome he received from the people of Britain.

Len was a non-religious proud Jew who always believed in helping others facing distress.  Those values and a love of Spurs, he passed on to his children.  

He loved and was so proud of his family.  The feeling was mutual.

Originally instrumental in making the Kindertransport  happen, World Jewish Relief supports refugees fleeing war and persecution including Syrians, Ukrainians and Afghans.    His family feel that the charity represents Len's life and principles.
