Curtis said 'Get Up & Move', so on the 27th May I'll ignore my alarming level of unfitness and do just that and run the BUPA 10K through Westminster and the City to try and raise funds for LEAP. LEAP do sterling and valuable work helping individuals from some of the most disadvantaged groups and communities overcome their circumstances to improve their personal and economic well-being.
