As some of you may already be aware, Jeff Stelling of Sky Soccer is walking 10 marathons in 10 days in aid of Prostate Cancer UK.

As soon as I heard about this I knew I wanted to take part. In December i had a radical prostate cancer operation, and luckily mine was discovered in time and removed in its entirety before spreading further.

In view of the fantastic treatment and support I have received during my rehabilitation, I fell I would love to give something back and try to help in some small way and have signed up for day 6 of the walk from Wolverhampton Wanderers via Walsall, West Brom and Aston Villa to Birmingham City on Saturday March 26.
