From Sunday the 29th of June until Sunday the 6th of July I won't be going on my phone at all. 

I think the Friendship Circle is so important because it helps people that find it difficult to make friends or maybe are a bit different than me and you.  It helps them in so many ways and makes thier lives so much better.

It also teaches people  that everybody is the same, no matter what your ability and that everyone should be treated the same as well.  

Even during lockdown they have been keeping everyone so busy and made sure they are not lonely or isolated.

The Friendship Circle’s goal is to provide everyone with physical and learning disabilities the support, friendship and inclusion they deserve by providing a diverse range of fully integrated recreational and social programmes. We aim to combat loneliness and isolation through a variety of activities including day trips, nights out, weekly classes, parties, one to one buddy outings and much more.
