To celebrate 30 years of Helen & Douglas House, Lewis Silkin's major CSR event for 2012 will be a 30 hour spinathon on two bikes kindly donated by Fitness First.

The Spinathon will take place on 22/23 November 2012 in reception (at Lewis Silkin's London office).  We'll be aiming to get everyone in the firm, from partners to IT to secretaries, spinning on an exercise bike for at least a short time.  We'll be spinning throughout the night to raise as much money as possible for this invaluable charity.
