Story

************************UPDATE**************************************

Thinking about nutrition for the ride - peanut butter and jam sandwiches and jelly babies!!!

************************UPDATE**************************************

Last day of training today - then it's feet up in preparation for Sunday.  I'm feeling super motivated thanks to all your generous donations, the weather forecast is looking fine (touch wood!) and my legs are going well!

************************UPDATE**************************************

As if this wasn't enough of a challenge, I have made it that little bit more difficult.  Yesterday I crashed in the rain (wet drain-cover), and now will be doing the ride with scrapes and bruises!

Some cynical people might think that sponsoring me to do a bike ride is like sponsoring someone to pop down the shops this one is really far, and I have to get up really early in the morning!!

It's a 100k organised ride starting at 8.00am in Bough Beech in Kent, I'm also going to ride there from Brentford adding another 50k in the morning - so if you don't want to sponsor the cycling please sponsor the heroic getting out of bed at 5.30 on a Sunday morning!!
