I am walking for 5 miles around heaton park on sunday the 17th January to raise money for Muslim Hands. They do amazing work, and as a result of previous winter walks, almost 2,000 children have received free healthcare.

This year they are hoping to raise money to repair and rebuild family homes and to support the Muslim Hands psycho-social centre which offers specialist therapy sessions and a varied programme of events aimed at providing the mental and emotional support that gazans so desperately need.
