It means a lot to me raising money for this charity.

This isn’t a disease that gets much recognition. a year and a half has gone by since I very nearly lost my life due to an unexplained case of severe ulcerative colitis thankfully my surgeon was on the ball and was able to prevent the unthinkable - I went through a lengthy recovery period where I questioned a lot and found something within myself which has pushed me to go do this with my muckers. Any sort of dontation is much appreciated! We hope that we can help fund research into the disease and try prevent what I experienced in 2017. 

We are also walking in memory of our Dad - Peter Grimes who sadly passed away in 2014 and had done part of the walk before.
