Story

This page was set up as my close friend Lee was diagnosed with testicular cancer in December 2020.

Testicular cancer affects 2,300 men every year in the UK. Testicular cancer is unusual compared with other cancers because it tends to affect younger men. Although it's relatively uncommon overall, testicular cancer is the most common type of cancer to affect men between the ages of 15 and 49

Below is a brief history of Lees jounery:-

Lee was suffering with a shooting pain from his left testicle going into his abdomen and his testicle was swollen. He went to the GP and was fast tracked to have a scan.

He had his scan and a few days after he went to see the Consultant who confirmed it was cancerous!.

Lee being the amazing person that he is has been a absolute super star during all treatment that he has had and continues to fight his way through everything.

Lee has had amazing care, Input and treatment from The Queen Elizabeth hospital Birmingham and they continue to support him throughout his jounery.

I have decided to donate all proceeds to Testicular cancer UK and as well as people donating here I have set up a football tournament for 2nd October 2021 at Wolverhampton University Walsal campus to which players have donated to play which will also be added to the page.

I hope you can all donate to support this amazing cause not only for Lee but for anyone that has or will in their life time suffer with this dreadful disease.
