A few years ago my Dad was diagnose with prostate cancer which Macmillan offered amazing support throughout the process. Macmillan are currently helping my Nan who has been diagnosed with lung cancer and allowed her to continue treatment from the comfort of her own home. 

UPDATE: My Nan sadly died on the 07/08/2018 to lung cancer, however she was able to spend her last moments at the comfort of her own home thanks to Macmillan!

Macmillan is a fantastic charity which I am sure has helped people close to us all.
