Hey all, 

I have decided to set up this page to support Pancreatic cancer research. I will be climbing up to Everest Base Camp this March, EBC is just under 18,000ft !! and will take a total of two weeks. 

I have chosen to support this charity as my Aunty sadly lost her life to this silent killer in 2018 after a very short battle, she was only 63! Up until that point last year I was unaware about Pancreatic cancer and just how brutal the disease is. People who are diagnosed with pancreatic cancer often don't show an signs or symptoms until the cancer is advanced and by that time its too late. My Aunties cancer was so advanced there was no option for treatment. 

Pancreatic Cancer Action are a national charity dedicated to saving lives by improving early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer and the quality of patient survival. with your help we fund vital research, create medical education programmes, produce national awareness campaigns and vital patient information.Together we can make a difference!
