Life Coaching at Spotlight

Life Coaching · 11 March 2019
At any stage of a career, life can prove to be the hardest act of all.
At Spotlight we understand that our members may sometimes experience challenges with their mental health and sense of wellbeing, purpose and direction. Life Coaching, in supporting the whole person not just the performer, is a dynamic and effective way to address many of the challenges life and work can throw at us, and to stay connected to your personal values and best intentions. Life Coaching gives you a safe, confidential space in which to support your own good mental health, confront challenges and doubt, improve self-care and sustain a sense of well-being whilst helping to clarify your purpose and sense of direction.
How it works
Spotlight are running an initiative to offer affordable professional one-to-one Life Coaching for our members, for a limited period. We suggest a donation of £150 to Acting For Others which will give you access to six (one-hour) sessions.
About Acting For Others
