The well-being of little children has always been close to my heart so I have decided to raise money for the Birmingham Children's Hospital by setting myself a challenge of running a full marathon on 15th of October at Birmingham's first ever International Marathon. I am both excited and scared at the same time as I have never run 26.2 miles (42 km) before but I am very determined to cross the finish line even though it might take me a half a day :-)
