I am doing as many sun salutations as I can (hopefully 108) to raise money for this amazing cause. (if you have ever done sun salutations you will understand that this is harder than it sounds!!) 

I know how powerful yoga can be for reconnecting body and mind so I think the Phoenix Prison Trust is doing fantastic things for prisoners :)
