I am Lilla and I am taking on this big challenge - running 100K and raising awareness & funds for assisting (re-)connection with nature. I believe that nature connection heals us all. It is like coming home. Learning about nature is like learning about ourselves. There is so much wisdom the animals, trees and plants can share with us if we listen.

After being in some dark places during the last couple of years and having found solice in nature, and connectedness, purpose when volunteering with Wild Things!, this challenge is particularly important for me. I believe in the amazing work Wild Things! do and I wish for others to see it and connect with it.

Running has been in my life for the past 20 years on and off, an old friend I always return to. It gives me so much - strenght, confidence, energy and connectedness: connection to self and with all around. And it gives me an opportunity to serve and contribute to important causes!

It is time to prove again that all is possible together, to run 100K in less than 18 hours and to educate, encourage a mutually beneficial relationship between us and nature.
