We recently lost Rosemary Thomas, a much loved friend and colleague, to ovarian cancer. She was a very respected Instructor at our school for over 20 years and a valued member of our school 'family'.

Sadly there are approximately 4,100 deaths from ovarian cancer in the UK each year, and the Ayrshire Hospice do amazing work supporting women in our area who are suffering from this cruel disease, and of course other cancers and life limiting conditions.

In memory or Rosie, who was lovingly supported by the Ayrshire Hospice, her colleagues who are considered her extended Hillside Family are collectively walking/cycling/running 4,100 miles over 2 weeks to raise money to give back to the fantastic Ayrshire Hospice.

Please help by giving what you can to support this wonderful cause - we all know someone who has depended on the support offered by the Ayrshire Hospice, and every penny helps enable them to continue to provide the invaluable support to patients and their families..
