Yes, I've dusted off the 10 year old mountain bike, added mudguards, bottle holders and (most importantly!) a gel saddle, and I'm going to ride the 130-odd miles from Lincoln to Oxford on National Cycle to Work Day (14th September)

As a professional fundraiser it is time to put my money where my mouth is, and raise some funds for Innovista through my own blood (hopefully not), sweat (definitely) and tears (probably).  I've got just 9 weeks to go from occasional cyclist to hardened athlete, and it would be great if you could help me make all that pain worth it.  Innovista do amazing work training young people to be inspirational leaders in their communities, both here in the UK and in countries as remote and challenging as the Ukraine, Siberia and the Central Asian Republics.
