Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I started at St Barnabas House in January as Team Leader of the NEW HOSPICE@HOME service. I now have Jan, Kate, Rachel,Amanda and Cherie with me...together as the H@H Team we want to help enable patients to stay at home if this is their preferred place of care. We want to support family and carers too during what is a very stressful time. Any donation is a help to launching H@H and enabling the other services already offered by St Barnabas House to continue. So thank you for any donation you can give.
