In September 2013 I will be undertaking an enormous challenge. I will be trekking along the Inca Trail through some of the most arduous terrain in the world, enduring all the cold, pain and exhaustion that the Andes can throw at me. I will hike 35 miles, climbing over 2430 metres, to the ancient city of Machu Picchu – that’s over 3,000 steps! I welcome your support and kind donations to the charity below.

 

Genesis Research Trust raises money for the largest UK-based collection of scientists and clinicians who are researching the causes and cures for conditions that affect the health of women and babies. Their goal is to raise funds to improve prevention, diagnosis and treatment of a range of devastating conditions that cause brain injury, miscarriage, genetic diseases, infertility and cancer.
