Its almost 10 years since Derek had his life changing accident. Its been a decade of challenges and, outside of friends and family, Headway have been a constant source of support and friendship to us both. Derek's been attending for 9 years and this year - like so many - coronavirus has presented further challenges to the team. They've offered online groups and a listening ear if needed. I hope to raise some donations to help ensure they continue to be able to support those who need them.
