In memory of my lovely Dad and to raise money for St Barnabas Hospice in Worthing - At 5pm on Saturday 22nd April 2017 I will be abseiling down the Spinnaker Tower. The Spinnaker Tower is a 560-foot landmark observation tower in Portsmouth, England, UK. I have not abseiled since I was a teenager and I remember that I really enjoyed it then, so lets hope that hasn't changed!!

Myself and my family were able to experience first hand the amazing work that is carried out by all the staff at St. Barnabas. They care not only for the patient but for the family too and I can't tell you how important that is. I still miss my Dad everyday, he is always in my thoughts.

I try to fundraise as much as I can for St Barnabas so that they can continue their amazing effort in caring for those that need it when they need it most. It's great to support a local charity and we are lucky to have St Barnabas on our doorstep.
