I am taking part in this run to raise funds for an amazing charity. 

CAAP organise holiday activities for children and young adults with additional needs (and siblings) here in Cornwall. 

My son Louie attends these regularly and has so much fun. They are a lifeline for many families whose children are unable to access mainstream activities. 

All the money raised will go towards funding more amazing events for the children.

I am no runner (as many of you who know me will realise!) but slowly jogging 🤣 5K is nothing compared to the problems some of the families and young people have to deal with on a daily basis.
