I love working for Avalon and every day I am inspired by the incredible things our customers do.

Since 1994 we have provided personalised, safe support to adults with a care need so that they can live fulfilling lives in the communities they love. This includes the pioneering Shared Lives scheme, where carers open their homes to provide a family environment for people to share in and enjoy.
