I am taking part in a 7 mile walk around Colchester on the 5th June in aid of St Helena's Hospice.

St Helena Hospice provides a wide range of specialist palliative care services, without charge, for people living in North Essex who have advanced, progressive, life threatening illness. St Helena Hospice is a registered charity (No. 280919-R).

The hospice was established in 1985 to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of people with advanced illness and to suport relatives and friends.
