Some people say running a marathon is hard - I disagree. Personally I think running a marathon is an achievement.

What is hard is finding out your child has a terminal illness and hasn't got long to live , how do you cope? How do you find the strength to make the most of the time you have left?

What is hard is watching someone you have loved for years suffer from Alzheimer's and not know them or they know you but still want to support them.

What is hard is having a so called 'disability ' but actually turn it into something that gives you the ability to do something amazing with your life.
