Day by day there are more diagnosis' of several forms of cancer, I'd like that to change. I'd like to have daily cure. This is why I'm running. My friends and I are going to work very hard to finish this race. But the race doesn't end after those 5 km, it will continue as long as we are all contributing to this wonderful cause. Please donate and help us - and most importantly everyone affected- to win this race for life.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails.
I also recomend you all to check some of the inspirational quotes from my team members "The Running Rangers". We are all trying hard to raise money for cancer research and we will all be running on the 31st of May, 2014. Come to cheer us on, on even better donate to their website too!
"This is my first ever Race for Life but I hope that with everyones support and donations that I can complete the 5K with my friends by my side. I think that bringing awareness and helping raise money for research is a huge step in the fight against cancer. I do believe there is a cure out there and I intend help find it in any way that I can. Any donation counts no matter how big or small, so please take a minute to donate and help an amazing cause." - Kiren Gaidhu, Student
Kiren's page: http://www.justgiving.com/the-running-rangers"Every two minutes someone in the UK is told they have cancer. As the population grows and ages, the number of cases continues to rise" This is pretty worrying and this is why I and my friends are running 5km to raise money. I personally am not only running in memory of my father but I am also running in memory of those who have lost their lives because of cancer and those who are fighting it. This will be my first time taking part and i know it won't be easy but I am willing to go an extra mile to lend a helping hand so that Cancer Research UK can continue their ground-breaking work and help find a cure for cancer! Every little donation from you guys would be really appreciated." - Jathu Prem, Student

"Everyday more and more people are being diagnosed with cancer. Cancer does not just effect the victim, it also effects their family and loved ones. I believe that everyone deserves to have a long future and not live in the shadow of cancer. That is why I am taking part in the 5k race for life with my friends. Please show your support by donating to this life changing cause." - Sabrina Piper, Student
Sabrina's page: https://www.justgiving.com/Sabrina-Piper1"More than 900 people are diagnosed with cancer everyday in the UK. I am running this Race for Life in order to stand by those currently battling cancer and in hopes that this event will bring us that much closer to finding a cure. Cancer Research UK is determined to create more tomorrows for people through its research and comes closer everyday to beating cancer. Its funding however, relies solely on our support, so join us in this great cause for a cancer-free future. Every donation matters, as every penny brings us closer to a cure and the chance to save a loved one." - Krista Nicole Stanley, Student
