I am taking part in The Adecco Group Win4Youth Triathlon on the 22nd October in order to raise awareness of menopause in the workplace.  

I attended a round table menopause event hosted by The Adecco Group to support our clients and heard some of the challenges women have and are facing trying to hold down their jobs whilst experiencing severe menopause symptoms.  I decided I wanted to raise awareness with my ultimate goal being ladies knowing there is support for them and they do not have to leave their job.
