Dear All,

Liz and Nut are cycling.

Please stop laughing, and dig deep as we are raising vital funds for Norwood an excellent charity.
We will be cycling for four days in Riccone Italy  from the 27th -31st May (approx 40 miles per day) all for a great cause..

Please dontate generously and the most generous person, will get a picture of Nut in her best Cycling shorts... (had to be done sorry)...
