It's a year since Yorkshire Air Ambulance saved and resuscitated me, and saved my family - eternally grateful to the doctors, paramedics and firecrews involved. Thank you, also,  to all our friends and family who have helped and been so supportive during these past 12 months. The body is slowly getting back to normal!!!! By way of saying thank you I'm planning a year of fundraising events - my first being two Charity Spin Challenges on 7th & 8th December - if anyone wants to support me for YAA please, please, please get in touch and donate??????????????????????
