Richard's Big Oxfordshire Litter Pick

Richard MacKenzie is raising money for Cycling Without Age Oxfordshire

Richard's Big Oxfordshire Litter Pick · 5 July 2020

We have our first trishaw and we think it's amazing. Over the years we know that it will become a lifeline to so many people in Oxfordshire who may be at risk of social isolation. Having 3 bikes by the end of 2020 will help us help more local people.

Story

Last year I did a 78-mile litter pick along the Oxford Canal. This year I want to clean up Oxfordshire.

Who knows how much litter I will pick and where in Oxfordshire this litter picking adventure will take me? I will just keep it going until we've raised enough money to buy Cycling Without Age Oxfordshire a brand-spanking-new trishaw.

Keep checking the updates section below to see where I've been and what I've found. If you can suggest an area that needs litter picking in Oxfordshire then please let me know where it is (use What3Words app if possible) in the comments section when leaving a donation.

Watch this to see why Cycling Without Age is so important and how it will be changing lives in Oxfordshire over the coming months and years.

Cycling Without Age Oxfordshire is a local charity that takes older and vulnerable people at risk of social isolation out on bike rides on specially built trishaws. They already have their first bike but are raising funds for another two so that they can help thousands more Oxfordshire residents in the years to come.
