We’re back!!  Happy New Year to you all….Having loved our ultra experience in Nov 22, we thought it time to go again and try another route…details below.

Hope you all had a good break….I’m sure you’re all broke after the blow out of the holiday season but just to encourage those new year resolutions and help a wonderful charity for unwell children and their families, any spare change would be most gratefully received…(Having already done a big raise for Hannah’s Bat Mitzvah in Nov 23 - we don’t expect anyone to donate to both ;))

We think Noah’s Ark Children’s hospice is the most fantastic charity caring for children who are seriously unwell.  It deserves all the help we can give it.  The stories of children and their families are so emotional that it’s difficult to comprehend and understand as a father of three healthy children.  

Oscar and I feel very lucky to be able to run in their name.  When we run, we chat, we enjoy the weather, the environment and animals.  It’s our place to relax and breathe in nature - you would be surprised at how much there is in North London ;)  Perhaps Noah’s Ark is a little like that for their families..  

On January 6th, Oscar and I will be running 69.48km (yes at this distance every decimal counts ;)) from Country to Capital - from the Chiltern Hills outside London, joining the grand union canal at 35km and rolling in to Little Venice along the towpath!
