Duncan House is a safe haven found within the grounds of Blackpool Victoria Hospital. Proudly opening  it’s doors in March 2011 in response to the desperate need for comfortable accommodation where by  family members of Leukaemia patients from Cumbria can share precious time and remain close to the hospital bed of their loved ones, as opposed to time spent lost due to long journeys.

 

This facility in keeping families together is integral to the well being of the patient and their family during the most desperate of days and loneliest of nights

With your donations we can ensure that the beds stay warm the chairs stay comfy, the walls stay safe and Duncan House will always have an open door for those who need it most.
