I am running the half marathon for a second time in aid of cancer research. 

This is a charity I feel strongly about as there are still so many people affected by cancer and I, like too many others, have lost someone special as a result. 

I won't ask you to join me in running the 13 miles but if you would like to sponsor me, I will pound the course and give you the satisfaction of knowing your money will help more people stand up to cancer.
