I thought I would get on my bike again and raise some much needed money for the fabulous charity I work with - Watford Mencap. I've persuaded my partner John to come with me as well. I'll be starting my ride at Alexandra Palace at half past midnight! Hopefully, legs willing, we will finish at about 8.30 in the morning. That's 8 hours in the saddle and I know it will hurt - but it's worth it for such a great cause.  Although affiliated to national Mencap, Watford Mencap is an independant local charity and has to raise all it's own funds.  Please take a minute to look at the video about the Children's Centre, one of our many services for people with a learning disability in Watford, Three Rivers and Hertsmere.
