Hi Everyone.  On Sunday 23rd August I ran the Forest Gate Half Marathon for HELP FOR HEROS. In total there were about 100 Police Officers taking part and we ran to all six stations on the Borough of Forest Gate.  It was a very hot day but I managed 2 hours and 34 minutes.

 

This Sunday, the 27th September, I shall be running another Half Marathon - Run to the Beat - and as my sponsorship page is still open lets see if I can reach my target of £200.00
