I have suffered with anxiety and mild depression for at least six years and raising awareness for mental health is very close to my heart having suffered first hand.

Relatives, close friends, colleagues and followers of social media have shared their stories and experiences with different kinds of mental illness they have gone through and I want to help get rid of the stigma and make a difference.

I will wear my yellow and green Albion shirt at all away games I go to for the remainder of this season; green to represent mental health and yellow to represent young mental health.

Please help me raise money for the Kaleidoscope Group, a mental health charity in the Midlands who work closely with West Bromwich Albion.
