In July this year I am going to be skydiving with Penguin Random House to raise money for the brilliant charity, Mind.

I will attempt to do my best penguin impression as I fall through the air at 120 mph... please donate if only to see my take on a petrified penguin.

Mind is a wonderful charity, trying to make sure that no-one has to face mental health problems alone. Every year 1 in 4 people experience a mental health problem and Mind offers support and advice as well as campaigning for change.
