FRANKIE AND LOCKIE TAKE ON THREE MARATHONS 

On Tuesday 29th May, my wife, Frankie, and I will be taking on the equivalent of just over three and a half marathons in 10 days in aid of Age UK Enfield.

We will be walking the 96 miles of the West Highland Way from Milngavie to Fort William, tackling some steep mountains and open moorland and viewing some beautiful scenery along the way.

We have been walk leaders for the Charity for two and a half years and will be raising money to help fund some of the vital services across the borough for those over 50.

“We love walking and annually take on walking challenges to encourage people to keep healthy and moving. No matter what age we are.  We need to ensure we take care of ourselves as much as possible and walking is our release and way of staying active.

We are really excited and can’t wait to take on the challenge.”
