Thanks for taking the time to visit the Lorien Global JustGiving page for our Moving for Mind 30 day challenge.

January is a hard month to be motivated, with short days, miserable weather and when you add in a national lockdown and home schooling it is really tough for people.  A group of colleagues across the UK have decided to set ourselves personal challenges for 30 days starting from Monday 18th January till Tuesday 16th February.

Mental Health has always been a priority for our colleagues at Lorien Global, however during 2020 we have all experience unprecedented times of anxiety and stress.  The work that Mind perform is essential for everyone, to ensure that there is a place for people to go for advice and guidance.  Raising money for Mind means that there are the resources in place to help when people most need it.
