We provide mental health training to help people look after their wellbeing

Story

After my plan to run the Virgin London Marathon 2015 was scuppered by an ankle injury, I'm more determined than ever to finish this race. I'll be doing that with a huge smile on my face if I achieve my huge target of £10,000.

Every penny will go straight to the Charlie Waller Memorial Trust, a wonderful charity raising awareness of the nature and dangers of depression, seeking to reduce stigma and provide training to primary care staff. With depression affecting a great and growing number of us, the work CWMT does is hugely and increasingly important.

Every penny counts in the fight against this debilitating disease.
