Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On Wednesday 5 October, 22 women and 2 gentlemen will be modelling in the Breast Cancer Care London Show which will be their first time ever on a professional catwalk!

Let me introduce you to our models:

Dave Abbett, Laura Ashurst, Christine Barker, Katy Croy, Melanie Daly, Victoria Davies, Mark Doel, Trisha Goddard, Maggie Hatch, Debbie Hull, Tracy Imiolek, Deborah Jackson, Stephanie Jory, Debbie Kinghorn, Margaret Lazenby, Gerry Mostyn, Claire Mousley, Tracey Mullin, Lorna Ponti, Lou Rall, Gloria Simpson, Alex Symington, Isobel Wilson, and Deborah Winchester

All the models who take part in this special event have experienced a diagnosis of breast cancer. The Show is an amazing occasion of fashion, fundraising and inspiration proving that you can look and feel great after a diagnosis of breast cancer.

Last year's Show was a fantastic event, raising over £380,000 and this money made a vital difference to Breast Cancer Care. The reality is that there are more than half a million people in the UK today who have been diagnosed with breast cancer and every year another 50,000 hear the devastating news that they have the disease. Thanks to the generosity of people like you supporting The Show, Breast Cancer Care is here for every one of them, providing expert information and skilled emotional and practical support when it’s needed most.

Thank you for sponsoring them and showing them your support. If you wish to come and see them in action on the catwalk, there are still tickets available. Please contact the Special Events Team on 0845 092 0806
