Lorna & Adam Run London

London Marathon 2022 · 2 October 2022 ·
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
UPDATE: Thank you all so much for your support so far!
We did the 2020 Virtual Marathon! But we still have a roll over place to do it at the big event..... However, There was nothing 'virtual' about 6 hours of laps around the Rickmansworth aquadrome in the pouring rain in October. haha!
So........Adam will be running the 2023 event, in London, now Covid restrictions have lifted!
Lorna will be a chief cheerleader along with their rainbow baby who is due to arrive at the end of May this year.
So we are asking if you can help us support this amazing charity once again, as sadly there is still many families that are impacted by Baby Loss. We are 4 years down the line and it still impacts ours.
We know things are tough this year, more than most so whatever you can give is amazing, every little helps.
Lots of Love, Lorna and Adam Leaver xxx

After finally getting a place, following many ballot applications, we are running the London Marathon 2020.
We both have a place this year and have decided to run it together to support the amazing Sands charity in memory of our baby girl Pippa who was still born in May this year.
They helped us through this horrendous time in our lives and we want to say thank you by helping them support other parents that find themselves affected by baby loss. Sadly, there are far too many of them!
If you can spare any pennies it will be very gratefully received along with any tips or advice for first time marathon runners!
Lots of Love, Lorna and Adam Leaver xxx
