In September last year I returned from one of the most invigorating holidays of my life to find out that one of the artists I work with - Daniel James - had been diagnosed with testicular cancer. Over the following months his strength of character, spirit and insurmountable determination has been inspirational. 

At some point in our lives (if we haven't already) we'll all be affected by cancer, either personally, a parent, sibling, family member, friend or colleague. The odds of surviving cancer are now 50%, there's still so much more research needed to increase the survival rate, and so that is why I've decided to do this, in order to raise money for Cancer Research. I thought doing one 10K run wasn't really that much of a challenge, so I'm going to do one every month for the next 12 months. Bring on the blisters!

Whether it's the equivalent of the cost of your morning latte, a post work pint, that cheeky saturday night takeaway, it doesn't matter. There's no donation too big or too small.
