Martin and I have decided to test our strength and stamina with a 5k obstacle course, Active Warrior. https://activewarrior.co.uk/post_events/active-warrior-2019-southampton/. As we’ll be feeling fat and old at the end of it, we thought we’d feel a little better if we can at least raise a bit of money for Sophie’s appeal at the same time. 

Sophie’s appeal is a local charity close to our family and our hearts. So do us a favour, have one less drink this weekend and donate £5 instead :)
