The brain is literally your head office and damage can have a huge impact on every aspect of your life. We are passionate about helping those affected by brain injury, offering rehabilitation to individuals & families left to cope with the devastation of brain injury following hospital discharge.

Story

On 29th July 2018 my Dad, Spencer, and I will be cycling 100 miles raising money for the Brain and Spinal Injury Centre, a charity offering pioneering rehabilitation programmes to those who have suffered devastating brain and spinal injuries. My Dad has spent 20 yrs as a Consultant Neurosurgeon, operating on and caring for patients in the acute phase of their injury, so is particularly aware of the challenges faced with speech, memory and mobility.

This is a charity close to our hearts as we both have friends affected by brain and spinal trauma. We really appreciate the need for ongoing care and support for people with life changing injuries and their families, in order to regain independence and help to live a long and fulfilling life.

We have come a long way from cycling casually on holiday and have been training together in recent weeks around the Warwickshire countryside in preparation for riding London.

It would be fantastic if you are able to support us and donate to BASIC, an inspiring charity helping people to regain their lives. Thank you very much.
